What is happening?
Springboard IT is merging with another top tier Apple IT support provider, MTS Pro Services based out of Chelsea, NYC. Both businesses have a strong Apple history from being Apple Premier Partners, Resellers, Certified Support Providers along with other strongly aligned premium Apple centric business offerings such as Jamf MDM services, Meraki/network services and more.
By combining the resources and capabilities of the two teams, Springboard IT and MTS will be able to deliver a wider range of services and support options to our clients.
What happens to my existing support contract?
Your existing support contract will port over to be serviced by the same Springboard IT team you know and love in the same way with expanded resources from the MTS side.
Who is MTS?
MTS is an MSP headquartered in the Chelsea section of NYC, founded by Michael Volchok in 1993 as Volchok Consulting, Inc, opening our retail/repair space, Mike’s Tech Shop, in 2007. MTS Pro Services was spawned from these to focus our IT expertise on providing excellent support and services to our corporate customers.
Will I still get the same great support?
This merger gives us the opportunity to provide you better support than ever! Our existing team is staying on board to continue to help you and your business. We will also be integrating the team at MTS over the next several months, expanding our resources and knowledge base to assist with everything you need.
Will you still be based in Philly?
Our Philly office, roots, and attitude aren’t going anywhere! We already have multiple fully remote employees, but our physical Philadelphia office will remain and we look forward to having a stronger physical presence in NYC and LA.
Can I still buy my computers from you?
Absolutely, we can sell you the full line of Apple products.
Can you still repair my Macs?
Yes! We will still offer our easy mail in/courier services for repairs to our contract clients.
Will you start offering PC support?
MTS has a full Windows team that will expand our capabilities to support the Windows users in your environment. Once this option is available, your Account Manager will be able to give you more details.
How will this affect my billing terms and recurring payment schedule?
Your billing will move over to be billed through MTS (Volchok Consulting, Inc.), but your terms will remain the same as long as all accounts are in good standing.
What else should I know about this change?
We’re so excited for our merger with MTS! By joining forces we are investing in our ability to scale, offer new exciting services, have a deeper set of technical expertise, and all with our people focused culture.
