MTS Pro Services (formerly Springboard IT) was established by Apple-certified experts with the intention of providing exceptional service to our customers. We are a Managed Services Provider and IT Consulting group based in Philadelphia, PA servicing small to medium sized businesses nationwide.
Mike started as the rollerblading computer guy in 1993, building an IT service and support company. In 2007, he opened Mike’s Tech Shop, Chelsea’s friendly neighborhood Mac shop
Philadelphia native, Bob, leads our Projects team. When he isn’t in the kitchen mixing a cocktail or cooking a gourmet meal, he is working tirelessly with clients and his team to create the most efficient and streamlined experience possible.
Aaron has been designing and building systems to support Apple Devices for over 25 years, with about half of that time being for MTS. In addition to providing technical guidance across the entirety of MTS, Aaron is also a devoted player of Dungeons and Dragons.
As the manager of our Account Management team, Amanda supports both our internal employees as well as our clients to deliver above and beyond experience and communication. An avid crafter, she draws upon her creative side to originate innovative solutions.
James has been focused on providing the best overall professional service experience for over 10 years. His goal is that people are left with experiences they want to discuss at parties.
Charlie is a dedicated Account Manager acting as the liaison between MTS internal teams and our customers. He is motivated to drive customer satisfaction by his passion for fostering new business relationships and addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. Outside of the office, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family at the Jersey shore.
Kate lends her talents to MTS by acting as the liaison between our clients and internal teams, working closely with both to achieve the goals of our clients. An artist for over 15 years, she is also a vital source of knowledge for the business.
Project management extraordinaire, Miëke is the go-to person for assisting our clients grow their businesses, improve and streamline their processes, and update infrastructure through special projects. Outside of the office, Miëke is active in his community; whether he’s volunteering or trying new restaurants.
Long time member of our New York team, Joey leads a group of highly skilled technical agents in our Pro Services division. Joey is a big fan of problem solving both in and out of the office, and can be found constructing intricate LEGO models on his off time.
Brooklyn Heights native and science fiction lover, Kevin is passionate about resolving client issues both remotely and with hands-on, in-person visits. He loves to travel with his husband, so you never know where you might find him!
Award-winning bowler Charles and his two green thumbs came to us all the way from the Great White North. He lends his decades of experience to our Support team as their technical lead.
With 20 years of experience in the technology field, Sean specializes in designing technical solutions and systems for companies from small businesses to global enterprises. His daily goal is to automate himself out of a job so he can do the next awesome thing.
