At Perelman Jewish Day School, the mission is to provide students with a Jewish-values based education within the context of a rigorous academic program. Through the unparalleled dual-language curriculum, students at Perelman have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technology that promotes bilingual communication and innovative collaboration.
It takes a team of experts to provide students with access to state-of-the-art computer laboratories, individual classroom laptops and Interactive Whiteboards. While Perelman had multiple staffing solutions over the years, they lacked the dedicated support specialist that the campuses needed to keep their technology running smoothly and efficiently.
Perelman Jewish Day School's challenge was to find a dedicated technology partner who could provide ongoing custom solutions for their unique academic environment.
To begin helping Perelman improve their IT systems, Springboard IT conducted a thorough IT assessment of all school campuses as well as an audit of their current technology.
After the IT discovery assessment it was clear that Perelman would benefit most from Springboard IT’s Managed Services for Education plan, along with an IT infrastructure upgrade project. Springboard IT also designed a project to update the school’s network and storage solutions. This created a standard footprint for Mac and iPad devices so that all teachers and students would have the same technology experience.
Springboard IT’s Managed Services for Education offered Perelman a comprehensive device management solution utilizing the JAMF Casper Suite to manage the school’s Apple devices. The program also ensured, through proactive network monitoring, that the school’s network and security appliances were running at peak performance at all times. Due to Perelman’s needs, a dedicated Onsite Support Specialist ensured that the Perelman teachers and administrators received the personal support they needed on a daily basis.
As a school that places immense value on their students’ critical thinking, problem solving abilities, and decision-making skills, it was pertinent to ensure Perelman's technology operations could support their diverse and inventive curriculum.
By working with Springboard IT, Perelman Jewish Day School formed a technology partnership that supported their goals, mission, and academic program.
